What data is processed?
We process your personal data that we have collected directly from you. The data processing is carried out to fulfil the following purposes: Exercise of domiciliary rights, protection of property and to ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Obligation to provide your data
You are neither legally nor contractually obliged to provide us with your data in the context of visitor registration. However, if you refuse to provide us with your data, we are entitled to refuse you access to our premises and buildings. If you are obliged to enter our buildings and premises on the basis of a contractual agreement with third parties (e.g. your employer), you may under certain circumstances suffer disadvantages.
Duration of storage
Your personal data processed for the purpose of visitor registration will be deleted at the latest four days after your visit.
Data subject rights
You can request information from us at any time about the processing of your personal data (Art. 15 GDPR). In addition, in accordance with the legal provisions, you have a right to rectification (Art. 16 GDPR) and erasure (Art. 17 GDPR) of your data, a right to limit processing (Art. 18 GDPR) and you can object to the processing of your data (Art. 21 GDPR).
