Bioceval does not take part in industrial fishing for fishmeal production. As a processor of fish by-products, we are committed to enhance the sustainability of the seafood business and cooperate closely with MSC or ASC certified processing plants. The Marine Stewardship Council (MSC) recognises and rewards sustainable fishing practices. The MSC system ensures that certified products originate from healthy stocks and are captured using accepted fishing methods. The Aquaculture Stewardship Council (ASC) certifies the origin of products from responsible farming with limited stocking density.
